• 參與者敬請準時出席工作坊。遲到的參與者可能未能完成製成品。

• 如天文台於工作坊時段開始兩小時懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號、八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號，相關工作坊時段將會取消。

• 如天文台於工作坊時段開始兩小時前除下黑色暴雨警告信號、八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號或有關預警信息，相關工作坊時段將如期舉行。

• 如天文台於工作坊時段期間懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號、八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號或有關預警信息，相關工作坊時段將繼續進行。

• 活動或會進行拍攝及錄影作直播、紀錄及宣傳用途。

Remarks (Physical Workshop) ​

• Participants are kindly requested to attend the workshop on time. Late participants may not be able to complete the finished product.

• If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted by the Observatory two hours after the start of the workshop session, the relevant workshop session will be cancelled.

• If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or related warning information is lowered by the Observatory two hours before the start of the workshop session, the relevant workshop session will be held as scheduled.

• If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or related warning information is hoisted by the Observatory during the workshop session, the relevant workshop session will continue.

• The event may be filmed and videotaped for live broadcast, recording and promotional purposes.
