TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SMILEY GIFT CLUB'S MEMBERS

 

Smiley Gift Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions continuously and we therefore advise you to read them regularly.

 

Smiley Gift Club is the member club of LikeHongKong.com. It is FREE to join and all people are welcome.

Personal data

Smiley Gift Club wants to ensure that the information you share with us is maintained safely and securely on the internet. These terms and conditions cover how we use your personal information. When you become a member of Smiley Gift Club, we ask you for some personal information, including your name, living country, date of birth, anniversary dates and email address.

 

Smiley Gift Club uses this information to fulfill our commitments and provide you with the benefits and services that Smiley Gift Club membership entitles you to. When you enter your personal information and submit it to Smiley Gift Club, you consent to granting Smiley Gift Club use of this information for the stated purpose. You are entitled to request this information from Smiley Gift Club at any time, and we will delete it at your request.

 

Information storage

Smiley Gift Club uses a number of safety precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. We only store this information for a limited time. Smiley Gift Club does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information you submit.

 

Disclosure 

Smiley Gift Club only uses your personal information for Smiley Gift Club administration purposes, and to perform general market analyses, such as purchasing behavior. Smiley Gift Club will not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to any third party. And Smiley Gift Club does not give other companies access to your registered information.

 

However, Smiley Gift Club does disclose anonymous information, such as results of market analyses, to authorized Smiley Gift Club dealers only. The purpose of this is to ensure that every Smiley Gift Club dealer is able to provide you with the best possible service, and with a relevant product assortment. When you join Smiley Gift Club, you agree to receive our newsletter or promotional materials. Smiley Gift Club uses the information you enter to send out the newsletter.

 

The newsletter

The newsletter will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. It is your responsibility to update your personal details, including your e-mail address. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the newsletter. Or you can simply send us an email indicating “unsubscribe” at the subject line to our email address stated on the Smiley Gift Club website to suspend your subscription.

 

Withdraw Membership

If you no longer wish to be a member of the Smiley Gift Club, simply send us an email indicating “withdraw membership” at the subject line to our email address stated on the Smiley Gift Club website and delete your membership. Smiley Gift Club reserves the right to terminate your Smiley Gift Club membership if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Smiley Gift Club makes reservations for printing-errors, price changes and sold-out goods.

 

Comments etc.

Some of Smiley Gift Club’s websites gives you the option to post comments and other contributions, such as photos etc. We expect users of Smiley Gift Club’s website to use decent and respectable language in their posts. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content of your comments and/ or other contributions are not in any way racist, defamatory, violates anyone’s privacy or any other legislation. You are only allowed to post comments and/ or other contributions in English. Comments and other contributions in other languages will be deleted by our moderators.

 

Smiley Gift Club reserves the right to delete comments and other contributions.

 

Copyright

All content on Smiley Gift Club’s websites, including but not limited to articles, photos, moving images and graphics, belongs to and is administrated by Smiley Gift Club. You are allowed to produce digital and/ or physical copies of the content for you own personal use. Any other production of digital or physical copies of content on Smiley Gift Club’s websites is not allowed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right to publish comments and/ or other contributions. Should Smiley Gift Club receive claims related to the content or other contributions which you have posted, such claims will be forwarded to you.

 

Your comments and/ or other contributions must not contain commercial messages. Smiley Gift Club has unlimited rights to use comments and/or other contributions posted by you in every way and on all present and future media platforms, including but not limited to marketing of Smiley Gift Club’s products.

如果您不同意此條款，囍悅薈 將保留取消您 囍悅薈 俱樂部會員資格的權利。

 

囍悅薈 保留更正印刷錯誤、價錢調整和貨品短缺的權利。

囍悅薈 部分網頁允許您發表評論及圖片等意見分享。我們期望也要求網站用戶在發表評論時，能使用合宜且尊重的用詞。發表意見時，確保您的評論中沒有任何種族歧視、汙衊毀謗、刺探隱私或其他不合宜的用詞，是您的責任。囍悅薈保留刪除評論及回應的權利。
