送貨服務 

 

​本網站會根據付款人填寫訂單時提供之送貨地址，購買達指定數量 (如適用) 後安排送遞。我們的貨品將由送遞服務商直接送貨到閣下的送貨地址，但禁區、酒店及郵箱號碼恕不在服務範圍內。

 

"香港送貨區域" 是指香港境內的任何地方，惟離島、大嶼山、馬灣、愉景灣、新界村落 (包括但不限於圍村)、需要特定許可證進入的禁區及我們可不時行使唯一酌情權決定的其他地方除外。

 

We directly sends the item to the delivery address provided by the payer when the order is filled in and reached the required quantity (if any). Delivery is mainly made through registration service provided by delivery companies we assigned at times. The delivery service is not available to restricted areas, hotels and mailboxes.

 

"Hong Kong Delivery Zone" means anywhere within Hong Kong to the exclusion of outlying islands, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, villages in the New Territories (including without limitation "Wai Tsuen (圍村)"), restricted area / zone where entry or access thereto requires specific permit or licence and such other place(s) as we may decide from time to time at our sole discretion.

 

Handling Time of Delivery
貨品處理及運送時間

本網站於每個工作天上午9時截單，並於七個工作天內進行貨款確認及發貨安排。實際交貨時間將按照香港郵政及其他服務提供者的送貨時間表而定。 由於個人付款和使用代用券等，將對付款確認和交貨安排的處理時間進行調整。所有訂單都需要驗證及核實。

The website stops accepting order at 9 a.m. of each working day and conducts payment confirmation and delivery arrangement within seven working days. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of Hong Kong Post and the service providers. There will be adjustment to the handling time of payment confirmation and arrangement of delivery due to individual payment made and the use of voucher. All orders are subject to verification.

 

Delivery Service in the Mainland​

Delivery of the Goods 
貨品付運

​

在閣下根據規定全額支付有關訂單的價款後，貨品將會:

 

（ｉ）送遞至閣下指定位於香港送貨區域 (定義見法域特別條款) 範圍內之地址或到指定商店自取；或

（ｉｉ）在收取我們不時決定的適用送遞費及其他附加費用（包括但不限於保險費）的前提下，送遞到閣下指定位於海外送貨區域之地址。

Subject to full payment in accordance with the provisions herein, the Goods:

​

(i) will be delivered to the designated delivery address within Hong Kong Delivery Zone (as defined in the Jurisdiction Specific Terms) or will be available for pick-up at the designated retail shop in Hong Kong; or

(ii) will be delivered to the designated delivery address within the Overseas Delivery Zone subject to payment of applicable delivery charges and additional charges (including without limitation insurance charges) as we may determine from time to time.  

 

IP Address

閣下可以於一個地區下送遞到另一個地區的訂單。閣下的網際網路協定地址（IP地址）將會被用作決定閣下下訂單的地區。

Orders may be placed in one Territory for delivery to another Territory. Your Internet protocol (IP) address may be used to determine the territory from which your Orders are placed.

 

Insurance 
投保

​

在貨品被運送到海外送貨區域的情況下，我們或會為貨品投保（並受保單的條款所規限）直至貨品送到指定的送貨地址。

​

For delivery to Overseas Delivery Zone, the Goods maybe insured (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the designated delivery address.

Shipping Time 
寄出日期

 

在我們其所屬合理範圍及能力內，我們將於14天內將閣下已購買貨品寄出，惟如貨品暫時缺貨，寄出日期將稍為延遲。如遇上上述情況，我們將透過閣下登記電郵，通知閣下相關安排。

We will ship your purchased item(s) out within 14 days unless the item is out of stock. We will inform you the arrangement through your registered e-mail if such cases occur.

 

Item Shipped Notification 
貨品寄出通知

​

貨品寄出後，我們將根據閣下於遞交訂單時填寫的電郵位址發出「貨品寄出通知」。閣下可根據「貨品寄出通知」提供的貨件追蹤編號查詢貨品運輸物流情況。遞交訂單時，閣下必須正確填寫有效電郵位址以確保收到「貨品寄出通知」。

After your purchased item(s) is / are shipped, you will receive an “Item Shipped” notification with delivery details including shipment tracking number by the e-mail provided when you placed your order. The e-mail you submitted must be valid in order to receive the notifications.

Unacceptable Address 
不接受的地址 

 

若送貨地址為郵政信箱、儲物櫃房間、酒店、圖書館、空置單位或我們根據我們的唯一決定權認為不可接受的其它地方。

​

We will not deliver Goods to a delivery address which is a post office box, locker room, hotel, library, empty flat or such other locations as we may at our sole discretion determine as unacceptable.

我們不會送遞貨品至任何位於地區以外的地方。

​

We will not deliver Goods to any place that falls outside the Territories. 

Delivery Date and Time 
貨物交付日期及時間

 

1. 儘管我們盡努力將商品盡快交付給閣下，但我們並不保證或擔保貨物的交付日期及時間，因其會因我們合理控制範圍以外的事項或其他因素或不明確的因素 (包括但不限於通關手續) 而受到影響。

While we endeavour to have Goods delivered to you as soon as practicable, we make no guarantee or warranty as to the delivery date and time of the Goods which may be affected by matters outside of our reasonable control or any other factors or uncertainties, including without limitation customs clearance procedures. 

 

2. 運送貨品的時限並不當作合同的要素，這只是我們的預計時間。若貨品的運送有任何的延遲（不論是如何導致的及不論是否已通知閣下），我們概不負責。

Time of delivery of the Goods will not be of the essence and is only our best estimate. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any delay (however caused) in respect of the delivery of the Goods (whether or not the same has been notified to you).

 

3. 當貨品送遞到指定送遞地址，送遞貨品將被視為已完成。

​

Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to have taken place when they are delivered to the designated delivery address or picked up at the retail shop.

 

Undelivered Orders
未能送達之訂單處理

​

1. 如因任何不受我們控制的原因或不明確因素或因閣下未能提供完整或正確的資料而導致貨品未能送達到指定的送遞地址，我們則有唯一及絕對酌情權，在不損害自己其他權利及補償的前提下，行使以下權利：

​

If we are not able to deliver the Goods to the designated delivery address due to reasons or uncertainties beyond our control or due to your provision of incomplete or inaccurate information or if the Goods are not picked up at our retail shop, we are entitled at our sole and absolute discretion, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, to:

 

(a)　決定把貨品儲存於我們決定的地方直至貨品被運送，並向閣下收取任何稅收及關稅、送遞費、保險費、儲存費及其他因儲存和重新運送貨品所產生的費用；或

​

(a)　store such Goods at such place as we determine until delivery and charge you for any taxes and duties, delivery, insurance, storage and other charges we incur for storage and re-delivery of the Goods; or

 

(b)    如有關失誤証實由我們造成，在扣除任何及所有稅收、關稅、航運費、送遞費、手續費及保險費用後，退還閣下所支付的貨品價款，且有全權酌情處理該貨品；或

​

(b)    if such fault were proofed to be made solely by us, we shall refund to you the Price paid for such Goods net of any and all taxes and duties, shipping, delivery, handling and insurance charges, and we shall have the right to dispose such Goods in our sole discretion; or

 

(c)    如閣下提供的運送地址不完整或不正確，或於郵寄服務範圍以外，我們將保留取消訂單的權利。已支付的款項，將不獲發還，而有關之損失，我們一概不會負責。

​

(c)   If the delivery address provided is invalid, incomplete, or out of the delivery service area by you, we reserves the right of order cancellation.

 

2. 貨品於運送過程中因任何情況下導致貨品運送延誤或有任何損壞，而該情況不在我們其合理控制範圍下，我們一概不會負責。

​

We are not liable for any late delivery or any forms of damages arise during delivery caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

​

3. 我們保留可在不事先通知的情況下隨時更改送遞服務條款之權利。

​

We reserve the right to revise any delivery service terms from time to time without prior notice. 

 

Passing of Risk and Title
風險與所有權的轉移

貨品的所有權將於我們收妥閣下支付的全額貨款時轉移給閣下。貨品風險於貨品送遞至閣下所指定的地址或貨品於香港或中國的零售商店被自取時轉移給閣下 。儘管本條款及條件有任何規定，我們無須對因任何不作為、行為或超出我們合理控制的事件而導致任何對貨品的損害承擔責任。

​

Title to the Goods will pass to you upon our receipt of your full payment for the Goods. Risk in the Goods will pass to you upon delivery of the Goods to the designated delivery address or the Goods being picked up in Hong Kong or China. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we will not be responsible for any damage to the Goods due to any omissions, acts or events beyond our reasonable control.
