網上客戶服務（"網上客戶服務"）的開放時間為每日香港本地時間上午9時至晚上6時(星期日及香港公眾假期除外) 或囍悅薈在其酌情認為適當的其他時間。我們竭力在可行的基礎上盡快回應閣下發佈的每一條詢問，但我們無須為任何遲延回應或疏於回應承擔任何責任。

 

Online customer service ("Online Customer Service") will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time in Hong Kong every day (except Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong) or at such other times as Smiley Gift Club shall in their discretion deem appropriate. While we endeavour to respond to each and every enquiry that you post as soon as possible, we are not responsible and/or liable for any delayed response or omission to respond.
