HKSTP’s portfolio of facilities and value-added services is constantly expanding to cater for the growth and diversifying needs of Hong Kong’s innovation and technology ecosystem.

InnoCell at Hong Kong Science Park

InnoCell aims to provide 500 units of affordable accommodation for talent and incubatees from science park. This 15-storey building sits on a 32,000-sq ft site adjacent to the southeast entrance of Hong Kong Science Park. The concepts of co-living and co-working place has been adopted to facilitate cross-fertilisation of ideas and collaboration among those travelling and residing talent. They can also recharge while staying close to their workplace. InnoCell, itself a showcase of a leading-edge and innovative construction technology, is slated to open in 2021.

InnoCell is an 18-storey building that will provide about 500 units to be rented to the tenants of the Science Park or to the head of the company, its overseas or Mainland staff, and overseas or inland to participate in the science park's Creative Project. InnoCell is not only for accommodation, but also provides shared facilities such as recreation room, gymnasium, lounge, etc. to create a space for creativity and promote the exchange of scientific research talents.

科學園創新斗室

科學園創新斗室將為科學園的人才和培育公司提供500個經濟型的住宿單位，佔地32,000平方呎，位於科學園東南面入口，樓高15層。依據共享居住空間及共享工作空間的概念進行設計，鼓勵旅居或長駐的科學園人才在其中進行創意交流和合作，同時將居住和工作的空間拉近。創新斗室以先進創新的建築科技打造，預計於2021年落成。

「創新斗室」為一幢18層高大廈，將提供約500個單位，租予科學園內租戶或培育公司的負責人、其海外或內地員工，以及參與科學園內創科計劃的海外或內地科研人員。「創新斗室」並非僅提供住宿，更會提供康樂室、健身房、休息室等共用設施，營造共創空間，促進科研人才交流。
